Welcome to Vconekt Logistic. These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our website and services. By accessing our site or using our dispatching services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please stop using our services immediately.
1. Definitions
“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our” refers to Vconekt Logistic.
“You” or “Client” refers to the person or business using our services.
“Services” means truck dispatching, load booking, negotiation, back-office support, and related services offered by Vconekt Logistic.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use our services.
You must hold all valid licenses, permits, and insurance required to operate commercial vehicles.
3. Scope of Services
We provide:
Load Booking – Finding and securing freight loads based on your preferences.
Rate Negotiation – Working with brokers/shippers to secure competitive rates.
Back-Office Support – Handling paperwork, broker setups, and factoring assistance.
Dedicated Dispatchers – 24/7 support with a personal dispatcher.
Compliance Assistance – Optional support for IFTA filings and DOT/FMCSA compliance.
4. Client Responsibilities
As our client, you agree to:
Provide accurate, up-to-date business and vehicle information.
Maintain valid operating authority, insurance, and compliance with federal/state laws.
Operate your vehicle safely and in accordance with all applicable laws.
Communicate promptly with your dispatcher for scheduling, load acceptance, and delivery updates.
5. Pricing & Payment
We offer two pricing models:
Flat Rate Plan: $250 per truck, per week.
Commission Plan: 5%–7% of gross load revenue, depending on weekly earnings.
Payment terms are agreed upon at onboarding. Late or failed payments may result in suspension of services.
6. Termination of Services
Either party may terminate this agreement with written notice.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate services immediately if you fail to make payments, provide false information, or violate laws.
Any outstanding balances must be paid even after termination.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on this website—including text, images, logos, and designs—belongs to Vconekt Logistic and is protected by intellectual property laws. Unauthorized reproduction is prohibited.
8. Limitation of Liability
Vconekt Logistic is not responsible for delays, accidents, losses, or damages caused by carriers, brokers, shippers, or third parties.
We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.
Our total liability under these Terms shall not exceed the amount paid for our services in the last 30 days.
9. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Vconekt Logistic, its employees, and partners from any claims, damages, or losses arising from your use of our services, including but not limited to violations of DOT/FMCSA regulations or third-party agreements.
10. Modifications to Services & Terms
We may update our services or revise these Terms at any time. Updates will be posted on our website with a new effective date. Your continued use of our services indicates acceptance of the updated Terms.
11. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Florida.
12. Communications
By using our services, you consent to receive emails, texts, and phone calls from us related to your account, loads, or service updates. You may opt out of marketing emails at any time.
13. Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, form the complete agreement between you and Vconekt Logistic. They supersede any prior agreements or understandings.
